By accessing or using ClawTrait, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClawTrait for its intended purpose — tracking and analyzing OpenClaw agent performance. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the service. Your analytics data and exported reports are yours to keep and use freely.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to use ClawTrait for unlawful purposes, to abuse or overload our infrastructure, or to attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts.

4. Limitation of Liability

ClawTrait is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on analytics data provided by the platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
